PRIVATE SESSION POLICY
Scheduled private sessions with GITA ROSE understand that an audio and/or a video recording of the session will be made for archival purposes and is the ownership of GITA ROSE
It is a policy of GITA ROSE that recordings and copies of recordings of private sessions made remain undistributed. Clients may share the contents of the recording with family and friends. Content is not allowed to be placed, distributed, posted or shared with any member of the public or in any public place or forum of any kind at any time, unless the client has requested and received express permission from GITA ROSE to do so.
However, GITA ROSE shall retain the right to use any and all of Bella’s information delivered during the session in any manner at the company’s sole discretion. In the event GITA ROSE does use information taken from the recording of a private session, GITA ROSE guarantees that it shall use good faith in protecting the client’s right of privacy and honoring of co-creation.
Information from a recorded private session may be used in a generalized manner that seeks to protect the client’s identity from the general public. However, the client’s voice may be included in use of the information. Any video recordings will only depict Gita Rose channeling Bella, not the client. The client will be provided with a free audio file of their session a couple of days after their session.
By scheduling and receiving a private session (either in person or via zoom) with Bella and or Gita Rose the client expressly and automatically agrees to fully abide by the terms of this policy.
